I placed my order on 04/08/23, and here we are, still waiting. I get that there can be a backlog, but they should really let folks know about that upfront or at least after you place your order. It wasn't until I reached out for an update on 4/27/23 that I found out it hadn't even shipped yet, and there was no communication about the delay. Just yesterday, I got an email with a tracking number, but it’s not recognized by FedEx, UPS, or even USPS. So, I'm still in the dark about when I might get the Mother's Day gift I ordered over a month ago. Funny enough, I ordered a custom oil painting and a custom book on the same day as this sweater, and I received both within three weeks.

The name printed on my hoodie was messed up, and I can't get in touch with anyone to sort this out.

The tracking info didn’t line up with the real transport. It claimed it was en route a day after it actually got here. No worries though, it showed up a day ahead of schedule. Just a heads up, the hoodies tend to fit a bit snug. An XL feels more like a large.
